Valued Veteran Program

1. WHY VALUED VETERAN CONSULTING SERVICE WORKS?

EXPERTISE IN VA LAWS AND REGULATIONS
  • This company was founded by a former VA Employee (Rater) that understands the VA Compensation system inside and out. This knowledge has been passed down to the entire organization.
  • The majority of Veteran Service Organizations such as Disabled American Veterans (DAV), VFW, American Legion, etc. only receive basic training from the VA 1-2 times per year. They do not understand the VA Compensation system to the extent of Valued Veteran Consulting Services.
VETERAN-FRIENDLY DOCTOR NETWORKS
  • This company was created due to the brokenness of the VA C&P (Compensation & Pension) Process which forces Veterans to attend VA exams which only result in most Veterans getting “short-changed” in their VA disability ratings. VA Doctors/Examiners conducting C&P exams simply don’t have the time and training to do what’s best for the Veteran and ultimately do what’s best for their employer, the VA,.
  • Valued Veteran refers Veterans to medical groups which use VA laws and regulations to the Veteran’s advantage – our network of doctors are working for the Veteran!

2. WHAT TO EXPECT WITH THE VALUED VETERAN SERVICE?

VA Law & Regulations Expertise
  • This company was founded by a former VA Employee (Rater) that understands the VA Compensation system inside and out. This knowledge has been passed down to the entire organization.
  • The majority of Veteran Service Organizations such as Disabled American Veterans (DAV), VFW, American Legion, etc. only receive basic training from the VA 1-2 times per year. They do not understand the VA Compensation system to the extent of Valued Veteran Consulting Services.
VALUED VETERAN PROGRAM ALLOWS VETERANS TO BYPASS THE VA C&P PROCESS
  • The majority of Veterans do not know the VA gives all Veterans the option to submit medical evidence (DBQs) completed by private doctors. Additionally, most Veterans do not have access to a doctor willing to complete medical evidence (DBQs) to submit with their claim.
  • Our Veterans are provided with medical evidence (DBQs) completed by “Veteran-friendly” Doctors to submit with their claim in order to avoid having to go through VA C&P exams which consistently result in a minimal rating.
  • Because our Veterans are provided with DBQs (medical evidence), they DO NOT attend VA C&P exams. The VA will always prefer to use DBQs completed by VA doctors versus DBQs provided by the Veteran; therefore, by avoiding the C&P exams the VA will have to use DBQs provided by Valued Veteran.

3. FINAL STEP – VA RATING DECISION REVIEW

VALUED VETERAN WILL REVIEW YOUR VA RATING DECISION
  • For every VA claim that is submitted, the VA will complete a Rating Decision (RD) which outlines the reasons and basis for their decisions. It explains the effective dates and evaluations (ratings) of all disabilities which were claimed.
  • Rating Decisions often contain errors in establishing an effective date (potential back pay) and in the evaluation (rating/percentage) given to Veterans’ disabilities. Valued Veteran are experts in determining if any errors were made, and we have the training and expertise to resolve these issues.
